Por medio del presente la Comunidad del “Instituto Politécnico Nacional” expresa lo siguiente derivado de los últimos acontecimientos:

En vista de la gran algidez del movimiento estudiantil a nivel nacional e internacional y en base de la amplia participación por integrantes del I.P.N. dentro del mismo hemos visto que al salir a las calles a manifestarnos de manera legitima y usando nuestro derecho constitucional de Libre Manifestación, donde se ha sufrido de grandes atropellos hacia nuestras garantías individuales y derechos humanos.

Por medio de este boletín de prensa nos dirigimos para hacerles de su conocimiento los hechos a grandes rasgos, procurando la protección de nuestros compañeros.

1. Durante los acontecimientos de la ultima mega marcha del día 22 de julio del 2012 en Oaxaca se detuvo con violencia física a 25 manifestantes, incluido el Alebrije, 8 de los cuales eran alumnos del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, se manejaba la versión de que eran infiltrados priistas y que habían sido liberados por medio de una fianza, cuando esto en realidad se debió a la presión política de los compañeros en lucha de la sección 22 de la CNTE de Oaxaca.

2. El día 30 de junio del 2012 durante la marcha de las antorchas, una alumna del I.P.N. fue apartada y secuestra por dos días, durante ese lapso se le interrogó y torturó para obtener información de los compañeros que componen la asamblea general politécnica.

3. Después del estallido de la movilización que cerco al IFE, una estudiante del I.P.N. recibió una llamada por la noche que amenazaba la integridad de ella y la de su familia al seguir dentro de las actividades del movimiento estudiantil.

4. El día 21 de julio de 2012, tres estudiantes del I.P.N. después de realizar un volanteo informativo, se dirigieron a la estación del metro Bellas Artes. Una integrante de la asamblea I.P.N. fue privada de su libertad durante un par de horas, por un sujeto y al momento de salir del metro le vendaron los ojos, la llevaron a un espacio cerrado donde dos personas la comenzaron a interrogar y a torturarla.

5. En días últimos, una estudiante más del I.P.N. recibió varias amenazas con el motivo de que si continúa dentro del movimiento ya sabían dónde encontrarla y lo que podía pasarle.
Por estos motivos hacemos responsables directamente:

Al Gobierno Federal de Felipe Calderón Hinojosa,

Al Centro de Investigación y Seguridad Nacional (CISEN) con su responsable: Jorge Enrique Tello Peón
Al Secretario de Seguridad Pública: Genaro García Luna
Y por que estas agresiones comenzaron a raíz de que participamos en el movimiento #yosoy132

Cese Inmediato al Hostigamiento.
Alto a la Represión contra Estudiantes del I.P.N y Organizaciones Civiles.
Esclarecimiento Inmediato de Los Secuestros de las integrantes del I.P.N.
Fuera Grupos Porriles de las escuelas del I.P.N.
No a la imposición de Enrique Peña
Sin otro particular por el momento, esperamos contar con una respuesta satisfactoria, así como de su valioso apoyo. Nos despedimos enviándole un cordial saludo.
